What we did
We engaged directly with the architect to achieve compliance with the National Construction Code and the relevant development consent conditions, before issuing the Construction Certificate.
Working with the design team early — rather than reviewing a finished set of drawings — is usually the difference between a certificate issued in a fortnight and one that stalls for months on unresolved conditions.
We then undertook all mandatory critical stage inspections through construction and issued the Occupation Certificate.
