Private Certification
Eastcoast building consultants are Accredited certifiers who can act as a principal certifying authority that can issue Part 4 and 4A certificates under the Environmental Planning & Assessment (EP & A) Act 1979.
A PCA must be appointed by the owner or person with the benefit of the DA. A PCA can be either an accredited certifier (an individual not the company) or the local council.
Once you have received your DA approval from Council eastcoast building consultants can issue a Construction certificate which authorises building work to commence.
Eastcoast building consultants are accredited as A3 – Accredited certifier – Building Surveying Grade 3 which can issue the abovementioned certificates for Class 1 and 10 buildings that achieve compliance with the performance requirements of the BCA by complying with the deemed-to-satisfy provisions of the BCA.
