East coast building consultants are a new inspection company previously known as Bede Cooney Assessment services. We have over 25 years experience in building experience with both private certification and pre purchase building reports.
Our services are as follows:
- Pre-purchase building inspections (pest inspections arranged in conjunction with building report)
- Private certification
- BASIX assessments including ABSA assessments
- Development application lodgments including Statement of Environmental effects
- Bushfire reports
- HOW (Home Owner’s Warranty) reports
Brett Crawford is the Director of the company and he has lived in the area his entire life. He attended Byron Bay High School so he knows the area very well.
East Coast Building Consultants are accredited by the Office of Fair Trading (BC 492)as licensed building consultants who allow us to carry out the reports. Brett Crawford holds his builder’s license and is also a qualified Accredited Certifier.
We cover from the Ballina Shire through to Lismore & Byron Shire.
